People and Place Part 3: Interpretation and communications; suppose we make it different 3.4
For this exercise I had to look at my work so far and creative a sort of new narrative through the use of SCAMPER where it meant changing, adding to or developing my orignal drawings.

So I chose 3 images to rework.
The activity of drawing crowds I though would be perfect, I simply added colour to the figures and footprints an eventually fine liner to represented them all being connected in the same city as well as the colour giving character to the crowd by brightening up the image. I feel it changes teh mood of the drawing in comparison to the grey of the pencil or the black of the pen. Its now a fun collection of shapes, colours and lines as well as footprints to suggest their walking and travelling.
I modified this and combined this one as it is crowds taken from both my smaller skecth book with pen skecthes nad my larger skecthbook but all brought together.
I combined two drawings and put them to another use, I combined a continious line hamster with a coffee painted unfinished St Georges Hall. With these two I created a new narrative and the styles fit rather well. I though of a quick little story about an angry giant hamster chomping on the buildings roof.
Lastly I digitally modified one of my assignement character of a little wooden boy. I drew him as the actually draws in my room where he was inspired from during the pareidolia exercise and edited him into a few environments where his expression could be intepreted as different moods depedning on what was going on. You can see below him surrounded by wooden items in a shop wearing a bowl on his head, the n him in a wooden workshop seeing furniture being made and also him sitting with pinnochio replacing Jimeny Cricket on the bench.
